Anna joined EY in March 2024, eager to begin her career at the prestigious global accounting firm. According to her mother’s letter, she had always been a top performer, excelling in her academics and extracurricular activities. However, within months of starting her job, Anna’s mental and physical health began to deteriorate due to the relentless workload and stress.
Her mother detailed that despite experiencing anxiety, sleeplessness, and stress, Anna continued to push herself, believing that hard work would bring success.
