Two off-duty law enforcement officers, one from the Houston Police Department and another from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, bravely confronted the assailant. Their swift action resulted in the neutralization of the shooter, who tragically succumbed to her injuries on-site. Chief Finner disclosed that the woman was approximately 30-35 years old.
Tragically, amidst the chaos, a 5-year-old child was struck by gunfire and is currently in critical condition at a local hospital. The identity of the child and the circumstances surrounding their presence remain unclear. Additionally, a 57-year-old man, unrelated to the altercation, sustained a gunshot wound to the leg and is receiving medical attention.
